Our Persimmon Butter is a unique and delicious spread made from ripe, pumpkin-hued Fuyu persimmons. The persimmons are cooked down slowly until they are soft and flavorful, then blended with a touch of sugar and spices. The result is a rich, tart, and slightly sweet butter that is perfect for topping toast, pancakes, waffles, or biscuits. It can also be used as an ingredient in cakes, muffins, pies, and other desserts.
