This is a blend of white cyprus flake sea salt & activated charcoal.
how to use: cookies//caprese salads//potatoes//salads//margs
This should just be used as a finishing salt, if you do cook with this, it will taste just fine but keep in mind the food will take on the color from the activated charcoal
