Wildfire Apple Cider Vinegar

This Wildfire Cider is based on a traditional folk recipe. It is infused with organic ginger, organic turmeric, organic horseradish and organic peppers.

Unlike commercial apple cider vinegars, we use only fresh, hand-picked fruit, not discards or windfalls. You can taste the difference!

How it tastes:  Complex and warming from the fresh ginger, turmeric, horseradish and peppers.

How to use it: salad dressings, marinades, quick pickles, and it’s great on sautéed greens!
